Adega Valdés is the result of the vocation and hard work of the Valdés family, owners for more than 30 years of 20 hectares of vines on the banks of the Ulla river, in the heart of Galicia, in the North-eastern area of Spain.

In 2001, with the inclusion of this are into the Rías Baixas Designation of Origin, this winery was opened. It combines family traditions with the most avant-garde wine production techniques.

From the original vineyards and the new stocks, every year there is a new harvest of albariño Gundián, a wine which takes part in the main competitions of this sector and has received many awards in contests such as the Challenge International du Vin of Bordeaux, the International Wine Challenge or the Albariño Rías Baixas Tasting-Contest.

With every September, comes the harvest, in which expert hands collect the bunches and transport them to the reception area within the winery. The grape undergoes several processes before reaching the stainless steel tanks, where the must ferments at a constant temperature of 18°C.Our wines and liquors are obtained after combining the most innovative production systems and the know-how of many years of experience.
