At Carballal, visitor can get to know a family-run winery within a modern and functional building located alongside the ancestral home of the building which used to house the old winery and is perfectly integrated into the landscape of the surrounding vineyards. Thanks to its medium size, it makes it easier to get to know the origin of the traditional granite vine arbours, the work and care put into the vines and the entire process of wine creation.

The tasting salon is where the wines can be sampled, specifying their individual characteristics, highlighting the aromas and flavours of varieties such as the Albariño, Loureiro and Treixadura. These wines are typically fresh, elegant, full-bodied, with long-lasting flavour, ... These are CARBALLAL, a single-variety albariño made from original stocks from the Carballal plantation and SETE CEPAS, a blend of Albariño, Loureiro and Treixadura.
