A traditional family-run winery, which pioneered wine labelling in Galicia.
Santiago Ruiz was a loyal defender of the autochthonous grapes and one of the pioneers of the Rías Baixas wines.
This winery dates back to 1870, when the ancestors founded a small winery in a 17th century building.
In a search for the perfection and high-quality of their wines, in 2007 the family opened the new winery, combining to perfection the ancient traditions with the latest technology.
Located in an ideal spot, marked by the quiet atmosphere and surrounded by old traditionally bowered vines, the winery is located amidst an unmistakable Galician scenery of leafy trees, old country homes, orange groves and fields filled with flowers.
