This restaurant is located in an old building which was used for wine pressing. It is considered to be nearly a museum of the O Rosal's wine tradition. The dishes, made from seasonal products, focus on the gastronomic resources within the area to produce unique dishes which are inspired by the traditional Galician cuisine.

They take maximum care when selecting their raw materials, paying special attention to ecologically grown produce. This is why they have their own vegetable garden, where they grow some of the succulent products which are served in their menu.

Lagar en Eiras provides different atmospheres according to the time of day. They serve brunches and lunches at midday, then in the evening the restaurant becomes more informal, serving a wide range of tapas.
