The Pazo Valdomiño distillery has become a reference in as far as production and distinction of traditional Galician liquors and eau-de-vie are concerned. The combination of carefully selected raw materials, high quality and design have produced a large selection of products and ranges which, due to their unique characteristics, never go unnoticed by the more demanding visitors.

Besides coming in close contact with the traditions behind these facilities, you can taste their famous Cilantro, a unique herb liquor. This liquor dates back to the town of Goián in the 19th century, it has been passed down over generations and finally been recovered by this distillery. Other recoveries they have made are the Aguardiente de Mirabel (distilled from this unique fruit which grows in the Baixo Miño area) or their Aguardiente Envejecida, which is aged in French oak casks (distilled from Albaríño wine), among others.
