A rural tourism house which opened three years ago. The building, which has undergone a careful refurbishment process, is originally a late 17th century Galician Pazo, surrounded by an amazing natural scenery.
The effort and affection the family have put into recovering this 17th century textile building can be appreciated in all the details which comprise this rural tourism house. Located within an incomparable setting, under one kilometre from the town of Caldas de Reis, and surrounded by the Umia river, Torres do Río is an ideal refuge for those seeking harmony, tranquillity and comfort.
The estate, which spans over 10,000 m2, is located in an extraordinarily beautiful place which has been declared of National Scenic Interest. The Umia river and a leafy Galician forest surround the entire estate, shrouding it in a nearly magical atmosphere and isolating it from the urban world.
