Temperature...
An ideal temperature for serving the wines of the Rías Baixas is around 10ºC. On warm days it is advisable to store the wine in the refrigerator, at around 12-14ºC. The ideal glass for tasting the wine is a Bordeaux type glass.

They can accompany many different foods and although they differ according to the reference, in general the wines of the Rías Baixas are an excellent companion for fish, seafood, rice, cheese... They also combine well with Japanese, Mexican and Hindu cuisines, aside from being a delicious aperitif.
